They are reviewing their stock and quality control and offered me a refund. Add a star for the amazing and timely customer service!Original:I bought two of these while they were on offer for £10 each.The positive is they look great and the Velcro is very strong. Trust me this thing will not be coming off by Velcro coming loose!Downsides.1) sliding the pins into the Apple Watch is stiff! Even more so getting it out. I’ve had an Apple Watch for 5 years so I know how to do it. The pin got stuck so I wasn’t able to get it out. I had to do a lot of carefully fidgeting for 30 minutes to make sure it didn’t damage my Ultra.2) when you go to out the band on you undo the Velcro. The hole from this isn’t big enough, ordered medium so the measurements are right. The issue is the bit with the bit of mini rope on the end of the band can’t fit through the metal look to make it ever so slightly bigger. The only way is to push it through bit by bit. It’s not too much of a hastle as I’d only need to do it once a day but it’s still more work!For £10 they are great. For full price, £19.99 at time of writing, nope.
