Outstanding bike rack
Outstanding bike rack. I have used it for a couple of years now. Simple to drop onto my tow hitch. It loads really easily and carries three large road bikes. The tow hitch is lockable as well as each bike, so it is secure. It has allowed us to take the bikes down through France as well as all over the UK. It has enabled us to cycle much further afield than we could before without it. Perhaps the best thing is it folds and I can stow it out of sight in the boot of my car when we are off cycling.

Brilliant!
Very easy to install on the tow bar (although you need a bit of strength to close the handle), putting the bikes on the rack is a breeze. Thanks to the tilt option, which took no effort at all with three bikes on, I could still get into the boot. It is very sturdy while on the road, although admittedly I only went for a half hour test drive to check. When I got back, it only took me 8 minutes to unload the bikes, remove the bike rack and store it all in the garage. One of the best substantial purchases I have made. Highly recommended!

Worth the money
Very well designed and well made. Worth the money. Takes a while to get accustomed to its fixing, but in true form it doesn't let you down. Would recommend this product.

Great but a pain to find the right hitch ball...
By far the best bike racks on the market. I live in a Condo and it's super easy to transport with the wheels. It's secured and the bikes don't wobble! However, it was not easy to find the right hitch ball for it. The standard 50mm doesn't work for some reason and the 2" curt euro swan neck also doesn't work... I had to find a Thule BMA twobar which happens to fit my car...

Not suitable if your car has exhausts!!
This would be a good bike carrier but not very well thought out. If you have a car with exhausts that come out of the back then be prepared to melt your bikes tires, wheels and tubes along with the bike rack! 90% of cars have exhausts that are visible therefore this product is only usable if your exhaust turns downhill which is not many vehicles nowadays! Thule don't state this when its advertised. After complaining to Thule i got a response saying that in there instruction manual (which comes in the box after you have bought it) it shows a picture of an exhaust and a caution sign. It also informs you to stop every 50km (31.07 miles) to check the bikes! In my eyes this is not fit for purpose if you have to keep stopping every 20 mins to check the bike rack and bikes!
