IT WORKS! I use earbuds a lot and because of that I tend to have a lot of wax building up. One day after taking my earbuds out I could not hear almost anything out of my left ear. This is basically the same thing an audiologist would use to loosen ear wax but they can reach in and pull any plugs of wax out. Easy to use but would require very frequent use for some of us with dry wax removal. I find just letting warmer water from the shower wash your ears out works better for me. The warm water melts the wax and the pressure forces it out.
