Honestly, they're fine to replace standard speakers if yours are blown. I've fitted these in a mazda mx5 mk2.5 as an "Upgrade". They work, but they could barely be described an upgrade. The bass is... Well to be honest, worse than the standard 17 year old paper cone speakers that were fitted. The clarity holds up slightly better at higher volume than the stock speakers. You get what you pay for but in all honesty, I still feel a little disappointed. UPDATE: okay, so I was a little unfair... I've given the speakers a good hour or so all together now of "bedding in" and I can honestly say there is a clear improvement. You might have to have a little play with the sound setting but they're much clearer and crisper now and the bass is actually quite impressive for the money. They won't blow your windows out, but on reflection, I don't think you could beat these without spending £60+

Easy replacement in the existing holes for an alfa Spider/GTV (916 series) and a good deal better than the really weedy naff original equipment speakers. Big improvement in sound for relatively small outlay.

Delivered quickly by Amazon and packed well. The speakers themselves are heavy and appear to be made from decent quality materials. These are Chinese manufactured and so installation instructions are basic but suffice. Once fitted, the speakers were a big improvement over the standard car speakers but not up there with Pioneer or Kenwood, which is no surprise as the price reflects. Overall decent speakers at a good price.

Nice looking and very clear sounding speakers. However I do find that it requires at least a 50W RMS power amplifier to get the best out of it.

They're a noticeable upgrade in my 20 year old Transit but as you can imagine, what wouldn't be?! Cheap and cheerful, easy to install. Exactly what I'd expect for the price. Not suitable for thunderous bass heavy tracks unless you use them along side a sub.

Pretty good, bass is great actualy depends on your stereo i guesz, i have 08 ford escape fzctory deck comes with pretty good bass to begin with may just leave it instead of buying loc and amp kit.

Was not really expecting much since the price was not bad. To be honest was not looking for high bass speakers. That's for my sub. Was really looking to replace my rear speakers. What I needed was something that would pair nicely on over all sound. Was looking for more then just bass needed something that would put power the bass lines and not sound distorted. Well I took a chance on those ones. They sound good by them self if you don't want bass. But when I add my sub in the mix it is great. The right audio / Bass levels. They work really well together. I ended replacing all 4 of my car speakers from stock speakers on a 93 Plymouth Sundance wagon. To 5 1/4 " kicker door speakers and a pair of 5/7" rear speakers. Using a really old after market radio. Mix with my 800watt kicker amp. With a 12" kicker sub. Now this little car let's the neighborhood know am going down the road. But if you read this this point I will get down the real facts here. If your only looking for good sound not great. To use your tweeters more then really more depth then those will get you there. Just me personally. All I need is good sould from my rears my sub takes over the rest. As far as my fronts there kicker as well. They have a good bass with them to to help make it sound good up front but when you set everything perfect. Will in my setup to me or is great. I could not be happier. They did fit into the Mounting bracket for my rear locations. Easy plug and play. At this point a couple day after installation we have to see how they break in and weather or not they hold up after putting though the ringer a bit. But time will tell. But at this point there is really not much more I can say for the price you get what you pay for really on the end. But for me and the way I wanted it. It is good by me. I know I seen other say alot negative things. Maybe you really did take the time to troubleshoot any issues like did and found out it was not the speakers but a setting on my radio. Fix that now my 4.1 is running at tip top. Well update if needed. UPDATE!!!!!!! A few years later they are still holding up, not bad for a pair of cheap speakers. Couldn't be more happy with this. Even at this point!!!!!

Los compré para sustituir los dos altavoces delanteros fundidos de mi coche, mazda 3 bk mk1 2007. No esperaba mucho sinceramente, ya que buscaba algo barato que sonase y acompañasen a los dos restantes, porque tengo que hacerle mantenimiento completo al vehículo y eso es un dinero importante, y ésto es secundario. Pues para mi grata sorpresa, suenan bien, no distorsiona ni con el volumen ni alto. Un poco plano el sonido y pocos graves a mi gusto, pero lo dicho, muy contento igualmente. Ojalá duren, y ya sería lo mejor precio/calidad en este rango.
