This stuff worked great. We have had a problem with calcium build up and our urinal overflowing at our store for years. We had it cleaned by a plumber once before and it cost about $500 dollars. This was a cost effective solution to an on going problem. If you use it take a shop vac and suck the drain hole dry. Then pour in and leave at least overnight. Flush with very hot water several times and you should be good to go.😉

I am very pleased with this product it really performed better than I expected. I recommend this for anyone who has a bad urinal clog.

Does not work, used entire bottle like the directions said and allowed to sit for 48 hours, I couldn't tell any difference urinal still drains slow.

Wound up putting the whole bottle in a urinal that’s been having problems for a year. Left it in for 24 hours. Haven’t had a problem since.

I ordered Crete for a urinal that was draining slowly. I purchased a total of 4 quarts.The first quart I used - nothing really changed. Waited a day and I tried another quart. There was some marginal improvement (I would say about 30-35% better).I waited a week and then tried the 3rd quart. That seemed to do the trick as the urinal is draining much more efficiently. Not 100% mind you, but I would say a 75%-85% improvement, which is good enough for me.I gave it 4 stars because it has given me the best results out of all of the products that I've tried over the years. 1 star off because, although it works, it didn't completely get rid of the problem. I would still re-order it and will continue to use the product because it is effective in getting rid of most of the problem.

This product is amazing. Poured in and left for 48 hours. Opened a completely stopped up urine crystal related toilet blockage.

I am beyond impressed. My urinal was clogged for over a month! I tried all the drain cleaners possible with no success, then I heard of Crete. I put it in my urinal and the liquid initially sat in the urinal. I came back 45 minutes later and it was all in the drain. I flushed 12 hours later and the clog is completely gone!! Thank you

Didn’t work as described. Didn’t clean as described. Left a weird after smell.
