I had to ask AI how to rake this because this mixed with the Lipizorb-C plus HMO and bitters tonics made a nuclear bomb go off in my gut. I was sick for 2 days. Works best WITH FOOD, and I mean take in the middle of a meal away from calcium and vitamin D. Seems to be a good value. I haven't seen an improvement on my sleep, but I am changing things around right now to fix my sleep quality. It can definitely cause stomach upset when taken on an empty stomach. I do feel a little more energetic on it
