The front of the package and Amazon listing prominently highlight “400 mg Magnesium Glycinate,” which many consumers will naturally interpret as 400 mg of magnesium. Only after carefully reviewing the Supplement Facts does it become clear that the actual elemental magnesium is just 60 mg per capsule. What makes this more concerning is that the Amazon listing includes additional clarification that is not presented as clearly on the physical packaging. When comparing magnesium supplements, elemental magnesium is the key value consumers use, yet the much larger 400 mg figure is emphasized instead. The company should make the 60 mg elemental magnesium content far more prominent on both the packaging and listing to improve transparency and avoid confusing customers.

We take from it daily before sleep it helps too much in sleeping and relaxing

I’ve been really happy with this magnesium supplement so far! I wanted to add magnesium to my daily routine and this has been a great option. The capsules are easy to take and I like that it’s simple to incorporate into my routine without having to do anything extra. I also appreciate that it comes with a good amount of servings, so you don’t have to constantly repurchase it. Overall, I think it’s a good product for the price and I’m glad I decided to try it. I would definitely consider purchasing it again! I have also heard that Magensium is great for ADHD. I feel much more calm when taking this supplement, and it might not be a total fix, but can help a lot with relaxation especially if you struggle sleeping - falling alseep or staying asleep.

Its a good brand the active ingredient coukd be little more than 140 but its still good
