Spiky Massage Ball, Bon Mardi Trigger Point Foot Massage Ball Set

I have a lot of foot pain, and these massage balls help a lot. At first I felt they were too hard and would hurt but once I actually tried it I was quite surprised by the feeling after using them in my feet. I’ve tried them on other body parts as well, and I have to say they are a great product. I’d highly recommend them to anyone needing pain relief.

Bought these for my husband for Christmas. Ended up getting a ridiculously bad headache stemming from a sore spot in my neck and opening them early. Used one of the balls and it relieved the headache almost immediately! I was even more so impressed since medication hadn't even touched it!

Love this massage ball. Great price and the product was the perfect size. Glad it came with 2. Really like them. I am always on my feet and after using it, it relieved a lot of the pain. Definitely worth buying and I would recommend it every time.

I love these. Felt strange at first but I look forward to using them and am now use to the feel. My feet would cramp so bad and have not since using the ball and they also tickle again. They will help any tight or cramping area.

I read about using balls like this to treat plantar fasciitis, and I have to say that my foot and leg feel much better after stretching them out using this ball. The spikes took a little getting used to, but now they feel great!

These balls helped me with rolling out and massaging muscles, and increasing blood flow. Let some of my gym mates try them out, and they loved them too. Also kids can play with them to help them focus during school.

I got this as a stocking stuffer for my boyfriend (as if he needed another mobility toy...) and have found myself stealing it to work on the old hip flexors after cold runs. I highly recommend!

Balls are really hard so they can get into the muscle you are targeting. I have an instep that bothers me. I use the small ball to stretch out the muscles in my instep. Works great.
