I purchased this blade for a Makita 611 18v Li-Ion Circular Saw because the stock Makita blades weren't giving me good results on straight and bevel cuts. A friend swears by Freud blades, so I figured I would take the chance at this price (which is very reasonable) and see if all the hype was backed by results. First off, it performs extremely well in a cordless saw. Where the stock blade would stutter or slow down, this blade cuts right through without missing a beat. Second, no matter the cut, the cuts are clean and true - bevel, cross, or straight it's a perfect cut every time. Third, I was impressed with the small amount of dust created compared to other blades and saws - the dust is still there of course, but the design of the blade keeps it from flying into your field of vision as much and directs it under the cutting surface. As with any cordless saw, you have to know the limitations of your saw and to take things a little more slowly in most cases than with a standard corded saw . If you know what you are doing with your cordless circular, then this blade can't be beat.

I bought a Craftsman 20V cordless tool set about a year ago. I have tried to use the circular saw but it had a very difficult time cutting anything. I assumed it was underpowered. But I always thought it might be the saw blade. I put this blade on it and it works fantastic. I've been doing some remodeling including demo work. I've seen sparks a few times so I know I've hit some nails. It is still cutting well. I will definitely buy another one when this one gets dull.

Put it in my dewalt circular saw and it made the cleanest cut, and went through 2 inch thick walnut like butter.

This blade works very well in my Bosch 18V circular saw. In fact, the saw was performing so poorly, that I was on the verge of giving up on it, until I discovered this blade. The saw was binding, slowing down, and sometimes stopping completely when attempting cuts in 2x8 and 2x6 fir lumber. It would make maybe four or five cuts on a fully charged battery. I tried two different, brand new blades (one of them by Bosch) and got the same dismal performance. On a whim, I decided to give this Freud D0624X Diablo a try, hoping that the non-stick coating would improve things. In a word, Wow! The difference is like night and day. I can now make at least two dozen cuts before recharging the battery (in 2x8 lumber). The saw no longer feels sluggish and underpowered. I'm sure there are other good brands of saw blade out there -- after all I've only tried three of them - but this particular Freud blade exceeded my expectations considerably. Hope this helps other cordless circular saw owners.

Très bonne lame, montée sur une scie circulaire portable Ryobi. Trait de coupe très fin et très soigné, je recommande cette marque même si je regrette que les lames n'existent pas en tailles métriques.

Damas y caballeros, debo confesarles que he encontrado el disco adecuado para mi trabajo de hacer mesas con herreria, mejor dicho ahora mesas tipo industrial, la verdad, quede mas que sorprendido de la calidad, firmeza y suavidad con este tipo de disco de la marca Freud Diablo y a pesar que es el mas basico por asi decirlo, en cuanto al numero de dientes (24) para probarlo utilice un polin de madera de 4x4 y con mi vieja sierra craftsman de los años 70, y el resultado es increiblemente maravilloso, antes de eso, compre un Irwin 24, Truper Xpert 24 y ambos a la mitad de los cortes en triplay de 5/8 se atoraban y empezaban a calentarse el disco y por lo mismo, los cortes chuecos, hasta pense que era mi vieja sierra circular, por lo que esta a punto de jubilarla, pero como fue mi primer sierra la cual compre en un tianguis aqui en Mexico, era nueva, pero modelo antiguo, no quise deshacerme de ella, asi que vi en Amazon este disco de sierra de la Marca Diablo, haber si era cierto sobre dicha marca y al final fue una grata sorpresa, efectivamente logre hacer los cortes rapidos, suaves y precisos, definitivamente la marca lo dice todo, asi que volvere a comprar otro pero el de 60 dientes, recomendable al 100
