Q: Anyone know how to get the fold crease out of the blouse?

I didn't have a difficult fold crease so I guess I was lucky. I simply pressed the blouse with a warm iron and that was it.

Q: I'm 5'1" 106 lb 34D what size should I get?

I would get large so that it can flow and not be snug. I'm 5'1" 150 bls. 36C and I got xxl because i want it to flow - nothing snug

No! Thats one thing so great about its quality. It is a solid fabric with sheer outer crepe frabric Fits great and is figure flattering if you are straight bodiced like me with rolly pollies on sides and back. LOL!
