I've had a few, glass nail files in the past (all which have broken, which is why I decided to get one with a case this time), and this one is great!! A few of the cheaper ones I have bought have had something like a powder coating sprayed on, which comes off after a while and they're crap. I ordered this one, desperately hoping that it wasn't one like that. And... it's not! This is by far the best one I've owned. It's a bit pricier than most (come on, seller... you know this costs you pennies!! You're taking the piss a bit here....), but... it's definitely of good quality. The finish is incredibly fine, so it doesn't rip up your nails. I really do love it!

There is no nail file at all within the contents of the product you sold me. It came in a box glued shut with just a cheap thin pink casing. No nail file at all attached or within the casing. Suppost to be "premium craftmanship" ridiculous, will definatly be returning.

Im a man on the front line dealing with the public, so clean tidy and well grooming and well presented is essential.You cannot beat your nails filed by this crystal Glass file the finish is outstanding, not much pressure is needed very light one way strokes and Bosh done.....So its Not just for the Ladies.I a nice aluminium case with a small cleaning cloth, be careful not to drop it ......It will break in pieces, so perhaps buy two !!!!

This nail file is nothing short of awesome.I used to own one by a famous nail polish brand but I dropped in the floor recently and it broke in three bits. I was going to purchase the same one BUT it was nearly £30.This file is SO MUCH BETTER as it's LARGER and comes in a protective case. I ADORE IT! I'm so pleased with it, I've even bought a second one to keep in my handbag. This file comes HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!Many thanks for excellent service!

I only recently heard about glass nail files and was keen to try. This particular model is excellent. It is strong and well-made in an attractive compact design. The file is so effective and kind to nails - better than any emery board I have used. Just a few strokes is enough to smooth uneven edges, and with no micro-tears such as can be caused by emery boards.In addition, this file comes in a stylish protective case and includes a cleansing cloth. All-in-all a wonderful product and excellent value for money.

This is my first purchase of this brand, to date it is doing well, the cover is good for keeping in your purse/handbag. I have another which cost considerably more and truthfully can see no difference apart from price.

Having previously bought an OPI crystal nail file for £4.99 on Amazon which was a complete waste of money I purchased this one thinking that I wouldn't spend too much on another one just to be disappointed.I chose it because it was an Amazon Choice and was very pleased as it is much better than the OPI.The packaging was really nice and it comes with it's own protective case. It contains a cleaning cloth (like you get with glasses) which I'm not sure how to use because if you wrap the glass file in it then it doesn't fit in the case. However I'm very pleased with it and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it at this price.

Pretty little file. I love that it doesn't feel rough to the touch like traditional nail files, so smooth that I initially wondered how it was going to file at all but it does and leaves a smooth finish.I like the case it comes with and will be buying another for my handbag
