Very effective for muscle pain
Amazing product. I tried it for shoulder pain and got so much relief on 1st day of taping my shoulder. Was not sure how it works but after using this I can see how effective this product is.Easy to apply and remove.

I am a physioyherapist and I got my hands on this tape once a patient ordered this because other one wasn't available since then there is no going back the tape has an amazing hold at a good quality however it can be harsh on sensitive skin areas I would suggest using an underwrap other than that it's my recommendation for every injury and taping technique! Boldfit always lives upto the quality of their products
