Theese things are awesome. I use them for work and they help me focus on my current tasks and not get side tracked.

Due to some medications I’m on, I have some memory and brain fog issues, and this actually helped! I wasn’t sure if it would due to mixed reviews but i have noticed a difference and I’m so happy! I hope it continues to help me because this has been a big problem for my life! I recommend trying this if you need some help with mental fog!

It’s hard to tell, but I think this is helping me think clearer overall. I do think it needs to cut back on the B12, there is WAY too much of it. I researched it online, and there is no evidence that the amount it contains does any harm, BUT the body just eliminates any excess B12 that it doesn’t need, and most studies have shown that most bodies do not absorb much B12 at once, so I suspect the vast majority of the B12 in this is a waste. While I have had no side effects from this, I like another brain booster better, so will probably go back to that.

I pretty much have to like any product by a brand called 'OOMPH'. I'm a sucker for any type of brain formula/nootropic/cognitive supplement etc. I should start a podcast or something since I've tried 'em all and look forward to trying new ones when they come out. This is a good one. For one thing, you can tell what is in there. Some supplements list as an ingredient a 'proprietary formula' and who knows what that might be. This is all stuff that is well known for being effective.At any rate, it's an excellent blend. The formulation is a great balance that leaves you feeling sharp but not twitching like a crazed jackrabbit. Some supplements with Ginko end up leaving my heartrate in the high triple digits (not really, but pretty high) but this one doesn't. I've heard of Rhodiola Rosea but haven't tried it until now. I've been feeling pretty 'calm and serene' of late and while I'm not ready to give it all the credit it's definitely not hurting.Bottom line--this is one of the better supplements of this type that I've tried in a long time. It boosts energy without making you hyper and it has a nice calming effect without making you want to take a nap. Very good product. Highly recommended!

I took one pill and i actually use some of the herbs already listed on the bottle and the amounts are decent however the feeling i got while taking this as it worked within 30 minutes was calming and focused but it gave me a headache and made me feel a little weird.

I've finished the bottle, and felt in good health the entire time i was using it. The ingredients list has a fair range of nootropics in it, and may be worth experimenting with if you are interested in any of them. I tried to get my grandfather to try a similar product when he first began complaining of cognitive problems, and I think anyone who experiences unsatisfactory memory or focus should try a product like this. I would like a more-perfect memory or accelerated cognitive facilities myself, but am not convinced this product pushed my already-healthy and relatively-young brain to any new heights.

This stuff usually takes a while to start working (so I'm not surprised) I haven't noticed anything yet. I will say that you have to take six capsules a day, that's a lot.
