I recently picked up hand embroidery after many years of other crafts. I searched for kits that could be completed quickly and inexpensively. These are wonderful. Very nice quality fabric and threads. I'm so glad a chose these. Arrived quickly.

While the patterns are cute and the directions are relatively straightforward, the smallness of that pattern is a lot. This particular one I am working on from this kit primarily uses 2 strands for the stitches. This leaves almost zero room for error, and adds difficulty especially if you have mobility issues (like myself)If I had used this kit when I was first starting out, I would have been extremely discouraged with the projects outcome. These tiny patterns with less strands require you to know exactly what you are doing.I do legitimately love this product, everything is up to par. I just wish this wasn't listed as being for beginners. There is probably someone out there that tried learning from this kit only to have a skewed sense of the difficulty level. If I saw this listed for beginners in that situation, I would be horrified to think about what would be considered "intermediate" and run for the hills.Rating it 4 stars because the product is lovely, but the listing is inaccurate. I hope this helps someone find the right kit to start learning.

I bought these to mostly practice embroidery for a gift for my boyfriend and now it has turned into one of my favorite pastimes! I am an advocate of doing something to busy the mind while also being enjoyable and exercising of the mind as well instead of scrolling on our phones or binging shows--like puzzles, word games, coloring, reading, and other things. Embroidery has now become one of those things for me and it is truly relaxing when I want to take a break. This one specifically is so cute and I could hang them on my walls as decor! The directions are so easy to follow as well and you learn so many different types of stitches through it. I love this and it is so inexpensive as well! Definitely worth it.

I’m not good at sitting still as evidenced by my now third foot surgery for osteoarthritis. Being told I must stay off my feet and let them heal was not welcome so I looked for a distraction. I decided to take up embroidery again and these kits are perfect. Clear directions on which color to use where. Directions on how to do the different stitches to be used and which stitch to use where. Plenty of thread, needles, and a needle threader. Each of the four patterns comes with labeled thread and needles along with the directions. I was very pleased.

I bought these as a gift and I was surprised at the quality for the price paid. I waited to review them until the recipient had finished stitching them. She shared that the crewel yarn was ample to complete the projects and the fabric was a nice weight. They were very pretty when completed. Instead of using embroidery hoops, she decided to make them into small pillows.

I made these for my new granddaughter’s nursery because my daughter in law wanted something with authentic looking wildflowers. They turned out beautifully with so much detail in the flowers and grasses. I had to machine wash them to get the blue pattern off but it worked fine. We added a little border of lace on the embroidery hoop before hanging them up.

Bigger than I thought they were but that's OK. The large pattern is easy to see unlike some others I've done. Good instructions & plenty of thread. Some jip you a bit, & you have to purchase another skien of thread, hoping it comes close to matching. These kits are complete & great to work.
