Does the dvd's comes with a instruction booklet (how to... ) and step by step pictures ?

No, sorry they don't, but Bob Ross explains every step he does. He is very detailed in his instructions. I used to enjoy watching the videos over and over again and he gave me ideas for my own paintings. I don't use oils, I use acrylics so not able to do all the techniques he does.
