This is so good. Always the color change is amusing to my grandson. I love the flavor😋😋😋

While I really don’t know a lot about Butterfly Pea Powder other than having it once in a restaurant beverage concoction, I decided to purchase this for use in my homemade ice cream. As you can see, it gave it a great color that my guests raved about. I basically added some to my vanilla ice cream recipe and while the flavor of this ingredient is very slight, it gave it a little tea-like bitterness that was a nice balance to the sweet vanilla flavor.

I love this tea. The color holds up. I will buy again. I used it to color my rice for steaming. It’s mixable and you don’t need to use a lot to get the job ✅. I like it and the price is good.

The taste is not overpowering, not chalky, great to naturally boost the natural color!
