Fits neatly in the car and she loves it. She feels secure as it’s quite small for one dog. Only wish I could have bought the version with a plastic drawer for their spare lead, water bowl. But, doesn’t detract from the functionality or aesthetics at all. Review: Sturdy booster for your fur buddy 👍 - My little jack Russell fell in love with this straight away. Sturdy, a good height, looks comfy, just the right size (small) and I can wash the cover. ## Features - Elevate your pup's car journey with the luxurious Lookout I dog booster car seat. Did the seat stay put and help the dog?** A: I've been in 2 accidents - one - hit from front/side and the other from behind (both new drivers!). My dog did stay secure since she was tethered to the seatbelt while sitting in the chair using the Snoozers car tether that comes with the product. Due to the fact that she made it out both times in better shape than me (I had to go to the hospital 1 time) I strongly recommend this seat. It may not be the prettiest one on the market but I am more confident in its design than others I've evaluated. **Q: what are the inside dimensions of the small and the medium size?** A: I have a small morkie that is only 5 months old and not sure how big he will get. I'm hoping he caps at 10 lbs or less but never know. Is it safer to buy a seat that is compact? We can sometimes travel long distances and I don't want to cramp him when is fully grown not sure to if I should buy small or medium? **Q: how tall is it?** A: If you measure the outside of the car pet seat it is 15 inches tall except in the front where it is 11 inches. Measuring the interior of the car seat where the dog sits, it is 7 inches tall on 3 sides, 4 inches tall in the front (so the dog can easily see out). The sides are about 3" thick on each side which mades for a larger car seat - but also additional protection and comfort. **Q: Does this come apart to wash? My dog gets motion sickness from time to time in the car...** A: The cover is removable and washes up nicely. Since the seat is foam rubber, it could absorb fluids if your dog gets sick. This could easily be remedied by placing a liquid proof baby crib cover between the actual seat and removable cover. Guess it just depends on how sick your dog gets. We take our pups to the beach every summer and they get back in the car wet, sandy, and sometimes stinky. I always have a towel In the carseat after a beach trip and haven't had any trouble with odors. These car seats are great and we discovered our dogs got carsick less because they could see out and are more secure. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Snoozer brand is good quality *by M***B on 12 April 2025* Perfect for my little dog.
