Poor quality - after 4 months broken
Unfortunately my experience was not good. After only 4 months of very little use this chair has become very saggy, the arms have broken and come away. When we first had it the chair didn't actually sit straight correctly but my son overlooked it as it was a birthday gift. But as the quality has greatly deteriorated in under 4 months I have requested a return. The seller was incredibly hard work, time consuming wanting endless videos , photos and rules to.sendng it back in the same packaging etc. I reached out to Amazon who kindly sorted the issue and have refunded me under the A- Z GUARANTEE. Thank goodness, the seller has since replied to say I am not able to have a refund as it has been used ๐. How delightful and incorrect. I have rights and thank goodness for Amazon making this process easier. I have since replaced with an X Rocker and the quality difference immediately is unbelievable. Stay clear...looks nice in the first instance if you are lucky enough to have one that sits straight, but will not withstand little use and my son is only 10 and if a very slightly built.

Easy to assemble and brilliant value for money!!!

Very nice chair, but....
The chair arrived very quickly, and was relatively easy to put together. However, the instructions, were not very clear. Example: The underneath of the foot rest had two bolts already in place and a label along the same edge as the bolts saying "Front", but on the picture the front was shown as on the opposite edge from the bolts. But once I'd put the chair together it looks nice and I'm happy with it. The seat could be a little more padded, but over all it is comfortable, just hope it lasts longer than the last gaming chair I bought off amazon which I've only had for 8 months and I'm having to replace.

Terrible. Don't buy it
Easy to put together, but a very cheap quality chair, uncomfortable to sit on for longer than 10 minutes due to small amount of padding, after a few days you can feel the structure of the seat and it's not enjoyable.Arm rests are flimsy, and the head cushion is too low if you are a taller person and just digs into your back and makes it uncomfortable. Doesn't feel very stable, started squeaking already.Overall very poor product, and overly expensive for the quality your recieve.

Not heavy-duty don't be fooled
This chair only lasted just over 2 years. The usage was a 85kg teenager. It has completely fell apart. If it had had a heavyweight person using it it probably would have lasted months not years. This is meant to be a heavy-duty chair.Very miss leading for the price.

Poor Quality
Extremely disappointed with this product. The quality is very poor right from the first use โ the frame (Raxen) got folded, and the stitching seems cheap and poorly done. The footrest was damaged as soon as I opened the box. The massage points do not work as described and are completely ineffective. Overall, this product is not worth the money at all. Not recommended.
