This is a very nice pizza peel. Works well and is a quality tool.

Watch out for sharp metal!
I have a slightly larger version of this paddle but I neededsomething for our second home. This one is fine. The only prolem I had was that the Philips slot in the three screws had sharp metals shards attached to them which resulted in a nasty slice to the pad of my thumb. Be sure to check yours and file these off if neded.

Ease of use
I'm so glad I tried this pizza peal. We are able to cook our pizza's right on the rack in the oven and take them out easily. This is a great tool to have in your kitchen and I think you will like it too. Also it is large enough to handle any pizza size.

Great Product
Was having trouble with regular pizza peels getting the pizza in the oven without it sticking. No problem with this peel. Comes right off!! Game changer for - 5 stars!!!

The right size for a 16' Halo
The peels with holes are better! They allow the flour to fall away from the Pizza dough.

I hate this pizza paddle.
What a waste, no matter how you prep it, it’s impossible to get the raw pizza to slide off onto the hot stone. It’s fine for removing the cooked dough. I don’t love the cutter either, I’d rather use a rolling one.

Fixed a big flaw in my pizza game
I've had an Ooni pizza oven for awhile now and it's fantastic. The one problem I've encountered is that my crusts get too dark and when I pull pizzas out of the oven, the leftover semolina flour catches fire. It's cool-looking, but annoying. I watched a Vito Iacopelli video where he pointed out the flaw of too much semolina on the dough and recommended this type of peel as a remedy.It works! My crust has improved immensely! Also, the item is well made. The nonstick coating helps pizzas slide off and it seems sturdy enough so far. Highly recommended!
