I'm over 40 now and don't really need the super mega extreme pre workouts that make you want to jump out your car window while driving to the gym (don't be me wrong I love those but my body can't handle that any more...). So i searched for another good quality pre workout and this is it. It mixes really well, the flavor is mild but good and the price is right. I still get just a little bit of tingling in my lips and body but very little. it's also pretty easy on your GI for anyone that can get GI issues with other pre workouts.Overall a great pre-workout when you no longer need the highest levels intensity but still want something high quality and clean.

Hear me out when I talk about the pros and cons here. First ill talk about my dislikes: the supplement list isn't very large. Thats about it. Thats also not too big an issue for most people. It has natural caffeine as well which some people feel affects them in a better way. It has the basics that'll still get you a little energy and a good pump. The flavor is also very very addicting imo. The watermelon tastes like sour patch watermelon but not as sour as the candies. The orange tastes like Tang, for anyone who remembers Tang. For 30 bucks you'd be hard pressed to find a better preworkout that has good flavor and decent nutrients. I personally don't feel or see any added benefits to the larger nutrition labels the 60+ dollar options have but the flavors are extremely tempting. Still, id recommend this all day for budget preworkouts.

I haven't used a pre-workout in a while, and this thing absolutely KICKS. It's pre-workout crack. And I love it. After I take it, I'm not just ready to go to the gym, but I'm also ready to walk the dog, throw out the trash, wash my truck, do the dishes, vacuum the house, clean the attic, volunteer at my local fire department, climb a tree and save a kitten, make love to my wife, and then I STILL have enough energy to go and crush a HAM leg day. Definitely going to buy more in the future. I've thought about just snorting the stuff to wake me up in the morning...

First impressions are everything and wow. First it blends nicely. No clumps no grit no bad taste. The taste is a slightly sour sweet watermelon without being too sweet. Almost like a sour patch kids but only 25% sour.I started with a full scoop even though it recommended only half. First 30 minutes semi empty stomach nothing. Then between 30-40 minutes we had a tingly feeling coming on. By 40 minutes I was ready to study the entire library. Talk about laser focused and energy.I did not experience the jitters until roughly 3 hours later at it started to wear off. It was very minor though. Keeping in mind I went above and beyond a starter dose. Overall I would say it’s very effective in what the goal is. Avoid muscle soreness and weekness. Give you that edge to do more which is definitely did.

I ordered this pre workout twice now in the sour watermelon flavor. The first time I received it in a light pink packaging, I absolutely loved the flavor and I loved the pump it gave me. No jitters and great focus. I usually dry scoop my pre workout so the taste really matters and it was exactly like watermelon sour patch flavor. The second time I ordered it was in the red packaging. The taste was completely different, it has this really weird after taste. It leaves a chemically flavor in your mouth. I’m disappointed that the flavor is different, I can’t even finished the newly opened one.

Literally the best pre workout I’ve ever tried. It actually tastes amazing and it does give good energy. To be completely honest the energy is not its strongest point but for the price and the amazing taste. It is SO worth it
