I have TERRIBLE cystic acne due to PCOS, a hormonal condition that causes acne breakouts especially on my chin and jaw. They don't always look visibly terrible because they're deep under the skin, but they are painful to no end.I've tried a dozen topical treatments and even take oral meds for this condition, but THIS IS THE FIRST ONE that has ever worked for me. I felt a painful lump developing on the very bottom of my chin, so sore it hurt to smile or stretch that area of my skin to talk. I used this, but was totally resigned to the fact that I was going to have a huge, sore pimple for probably 2 weeks, as they last longer than normal acne.I used a dime-sized amount and really worked it into the sore area. Clockwise and counter-clockwise and then patted a tiny drop in the dead center for good measure.Next day, NO SORENESS. No pimple. No sign ANYTHING WAS EVER THERE. I got a little emotional. I am so HAPPY.Granted, I used this cream at the first indication I was getting a pimple and it never had the chance to get going. I'm not sure if it would work as well on a full-blown breakout, and I may not ever find out since this stuff kills a zit before it even becomes noticeable. 10/5, absolutely recommend 110%

I have lightly oily skin type. How acne comes about is when the weather changes dramatically. Basically if it's too cold my skin becomes way too dry, and if too hot that can cause hassles.Now this says openly on the description it's for hormonal and cystic acne, yet it says on the tube for mild acne. That's not the same.I used it a few times and it is an oily sort of substance but it goes on easily. It does help dry out very mild acne, but it doesn't overly dry your skin.I can't really comment on the ingredients used in this because it's not in English.I would say, if youre reading this, don't use it to deal with anything other than very mild acne.
