A: This ceiling light is sealed and integral, to ensure the waterproof IP65 function, so the diffuser is fixed and unremoveable. 
For these 110 LEDs, they are evenly arranged with Series/Parallel Circuit: 22 LEDs in series, and 5 parallels.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Not bad at all

Don't like the wire connector but it worked after some fiddling. You need to push the plastic 'button' down, push the wire in, then let the button go and hope the wire is sufficiently grabbed. Otherwise, the actual illumination is bright without being too bright or 'white' and does the job. Once the ceiling fitting is in screwed in, then you need to push the light onto the fitting and this involves pulling back a metal tab on each side. Found it hard to do both sides at once due to the lack of space between the light casing and the ceiling, so got one side in without pulling the tab by just sliding the casing into the side of the metal ceiling mount, then using forefinger and thumb, pulled the tab back on the other side, pushed the light up and let the tab go which then held the light in. Fiddly, but once fitted it was fine. Bought another one as a spare as with this type of light, the whole unit needs replacing.
