A: Not really too different.  Its very smooth and creamy. Nice for spreading on toast or for an accompmient on a cheese platter. Is delicious in tea.  A little richer in taste, smooth. I will buy again

**Q: Is it the same consistency as traditional honey...thick syrupy?**
A: When it is warm it is thick syrupy.  If it is kept in a cool place it is solid-like.  You can grab a spoon full and it keeps it shape and doesn't run off the spoon like normal honey.
