Blå Band Swedish Cream Sauce Mix 3-pack

A delicious, easy to mix sauce, that definitely enhances the flavour of Swedish meatballs.

This was a beautiful sauce it complemented the chicken

Found it difficult to get this source in the UK until I found it on Amazon, Tastes just like the real thing from my trip to Oslo. Easy to make but really need to use a whole box for enough for four people but it is fairly low priced so not an issue. I got two packs so will get this again.

Bought this to save trip to that well known Swedish furniture store, but not a patch on theirs, rather thin & bland.

Lovely tasty sauce

Easy to mix and use on meatballs

I was really looking forward to having 'Ikea' meatballs at home! Unfortunately, not only were the meatballs I bought a disappointment, the sauce just isn't what I remember. Perhaps it's exactly as it's supposed to be and I just don't like it anymore but I found it very sickly, and it has been repeating on me for almost 24 hours - which isn't something I suffer from often. It has an odd consistency, too. I whisked the powder in well before heating but still ended up with clumps of... something. I'm not really sure what - it looked like a clear jelly. The taste isn't that bad at first. It's not something I'd want to eat again though, even without the other issues. I don't want to say you shouldn't try it. Other reviewers seem to like it. It's certainly not something I'd recommend though.

This is just as good as ikea stuff
