not suitable at 16A to much load on 20A unit
DC filter started to make a "physical noise" when running at 16 AMPs peak ( 20A version purchased) .. Not suitable for application ...

Brute Force Old School inductor/capacitor EMI Filter
Probably no real world configuration of inductors and capacitors is going to do any better. Useful for filtering out electrical noise from a DC power supply (like a computer, wall wart, or car).

Definitely worth the money.
I bought this filter to clean up noise on a DC power supply I’m using for an electronics project, and the results were dramatic.I tested the supply with an oscilloscope both before and after the filter. The yellow trace is the power before the filter, and the blue trace is after the filter.Before filtering, the supply had numerous sharp switching spikes and transients riding on the DC output. After installing the filter, those spikes are essentially gone—the blue trace is remarkably clean and flat by comparison.I included oscilloscope photos because they tell the story much better than simply saying “it works.” This wasn’t a subjective test; the improvement is clearly measurable.For anyone dealing with switching noise, interference, or trying to provide cleaner DC power to sensitive electronics, this little filter exceeded my expectations.Definitely worth the money. Five stars.
