Bought it for my boyfriend, tried to charged it from different charging points and it DIDNT WORK. DONT BUY THIS AT ANY COST ITS A FRAUD its literally not working at all neither the controller nor the ps5 itself this is such a scam, im trying to contact the seller to get a reimbursement because IT IS NOT WORTH THE MONEY, THEY SELL IT FOR ALMOST THE SAME AMOUNT AS THE NEW ONE YET THIS ONE DOESNT EVEN TURN ON.

I can't tell the difference. The only thing that is different is the box,other than that , it is like new. Works great and I even had it fall off a dresser onto a hardwood floor a few days ago and it bounced rite back up and started playing itself!! Lol. Didn't harm it at all , built tough. Don't be hesitant when you see it's refurbished. Thanks amazon

I bought a ps5 and when I received it every game I tried to play kept crashing so I had to send it back I’m waiting for a replacement hopefully this one works correctly I got the replacement and it’s broken too works for about 20 mins then just loses all power

Buying reconditioned was a great deal but it was not in amazing shape when it got here. The entire console was very dirty and had scratches. The back where the HDMI cord goes in was warped as well. My husband was able to straighten it out. He said it looked like an angry parent/user had jerked it away from the wall and the cords had bent it.

I have reported that the device I bought is working well, but no action has been taken.

Only reason for it is Helldivers. Past that complete ass.
