For a led light strip with 2 connector points these connectors actually work - it got a long link of lights going again - success!

They are brilliant for the job they have to do and work excellently. The poor rating is purely down to the fact they were dirty when they arrived and I had to clean before using. Too much bother.

These really work so far these little connectors have worked every time and I have been soldering one end of each of them. I shall certainly be buying more of them

Great buy .... Need to strip the clear rubber off the Led strip where the cut line is on the contacts to be connected .... Not sure if they are waterproof so going to seal them with clear silicone for outside use

Didn't work for me. Did not make reliable contact to the conductive tracks of the led strip, despite assiduously scrapping away the existing flexible covering. Had to resort to a soldered connection in the end. Might work for another type of strip.

i'd love to be able to praise these connections because they are very straight forward and simple to use but the major issue is that they just don't place enough constant downwards pressure onto the contact points in order to hold them firmly in place. if your only going to be using them along a flat wall or surface then they are probably fine for that purpose but if you're contemplating trying to use them for any twists and turns or anything that's fiddly then i wouldn't recommend that you purchase them tbh because you'll just end up trying to figure out which one has shifted out of place and it's extremely frustrating to say the least 🤬
