I wanted to try using copper wire with my polymer clay jewellery and this was the perfect set to get me started.The wire is durable and sturdy. The gold colour is a lovely vibrant shade and the rose gold has a nice pink tint, so it doesn't look too much like copper.The pin vises work as they should. I was a bit worried that they wouldn't fit the wire as mentioned in some other reviews but they worked just fine for me. Simply slide in the end of the wire into the nib, tighten the pin vise, hold the other end of the wire with some pliers, and twist.Good value for money. I'd be happy to recommend.

This is a pack of 2 pin vice, both double ended. They come with 2 rolls of wire 0.3mm thick. The vice both feel quite flimsy compared to others I’ve used and I found that they don’t actually grip the 0.3 mm wire in the pack. They might work better on thicker wire, or other objects you need to hold steady. I have put them in my jewellery tool box, but haven’t actually used them properly yet.
