I usually leave on for 1 hour before showering off which results in a very natural subtle light tan. The tan wears off evenly over the next 4-5 days and minimal scrubbing is required before I can reapply. It is the easiest tan I have found so far for maintaining a healthy glow and I love not going to bed feeling sticky.
