It was gently cold-ground using a special process. Only our special grinding method helps preserve the valuable ingredients during the grinding process. We work without additives, so we can guarantee you a 100% natural product. Green coffee naturally contains, among other substances, chlorogenic acid, amino acids, and lipids. Our green coffee is primarily used to prepare green coffee beverages. As an additional application, this coffee can also be mixed with regular roasted coffee powder before brewing (approx. 20%). Unlike roasted coffee, this coffee is even richer in valuable substances that are destroyed during the roasting process. This is how coffee is consumed in some Arab countries. Flavor profile: When drunk neat, its taste is reminiscent of a blend of green and black tea. It smells slightly grassy and a little like fresh peas and a bit of hay. Since the typical coffee taste and aroma only develops after roasting, it is not comparable to roasted coffee. Our company is GMP certified. Our highest quality standards correspond to those of the pharmaceutical industry. However I did not like the taste, but then that's just me. Someone else could love the tasteand be totally happy with it. In my case it was worth a try.
