Great bit of kit. My son loves it. It packs away into a neat box. The box and the lid are both part of the track, which is a nice space saver. It's well built, and the track goes together nice and easily. Great value for money. Lots of different colours, which my son likes the look of. Functionality-wise it's great as you can use it with other Thomas tracks, and there are lots of different configurations you can use. DOES NOT include a train, this is an expansion kit (or buy a train separately). My son has a few different tracks which are much smaller but included trains.

Good value for the money track comes apart at times

My son loves his talking thomas so I got him this as an add on to his first track. It's easy to put together and take apart, but you can tell how they want to make extra money buy making you buy more track. The track itself is sturdy enough, but where it attaches to each other is far more prone to snapping then it should be for a track that you need to set up and take apart each time it's played with. You have to be super careful pulling pieces apart which isn't always easy as they clasp together quite tight, which means you have to use more force to separate the pieces. This means the clasps bend more then you want them to and even after just the first play you can see the plastic starting to bend causing stress where it will eventually snap and meaning it can no longer be used.

This set was a great addition to the first set we purchased. As well as the intended layouts there are enough pieces to design your own tracks. It’s very sturdy which is good but younger children sometimes need more help constructing as a result. The bridge/tunnel makes exciting tracks and doubles as a storage box! It easily stows all the pieces inside for tidy storage which is a very parent happy feature.

Well made, cost effective, super construction, easy to assemble.Set gives you two track assemblies. Bought for my granddaughter who is 2 yes old and she loves it. ❤️
