DDJ-FLX10 4-Channel DJ Controller, Track Separation, Black

This an outstanding. My son love it. He has been making his music with it and doing shows.

It's hard to overstate the functionality and ergonomics of this deck. It's only the second deck I've owned, but it represents a leap in capability from my previous Traktor deck. There's no way to cover all of the features it contains. Some of my personal favorites are: stem separation, stem-isolated effects, multi deck & dual deck mixing, on-board waveform display with cue points. The only downside of this deck IMO is that the DMX port only works with Rekordbox lighting. Given that DMX is an open protocol, that seems like an unnecessary limitation.

I don't even know where to begin. If you are capable and considering buying this, do it! I'll likely come back and update this review later, but if not, please know this hurried review stands as a testament to what this thing is capable of. I used to DJ on a pair of Sl1200 MK3's and a Pioneer mixer. Fast forward and the CDJ comes out. I scoff, "Vinyl is just better." I moved out of DJing and into production and stayed there. One thing I could never get past though is just how much fun DJing is. It's pure, unbridled fun. I decided to pick it back up and looked around until I settled on the FLX10. I stayed up until 5 in the morning last night playing with it. It's amazing. If you're an old timer, you'll find that this does everything every box you ever had did all in one unit. If you're new, you'll have everything you need to be a Pro DJ at your fingertips. You can't go wrong with this. It's amazing.

So far so good! This is 10x better than my previous flx4. Great quality, super sturdy, and the screens and button are bright you are even able to see during day time. Not like the previous flx4.

If you are an EDM DJ or similar discipline, that likes live tools at your disposal and great function, this is the Controller for you. This is my 4th controller from Pioneer DJ (I won’t call it Alpha Theta because it’s dumb) and I have leveled up each time. This is a great board in Serato or Rekordbox, but onboard DMX functions only work in Rekordbox. I paired this board with a Maestro DMX controller and it’s a FANTASTIC combination

My husband DJ events as a part time job .. My husband had this item less than/close to a year. It has already given serious issues. We reached out to tech support and was advised to take the Controller to one of they’d repair location. We dropped the Contriller off on 4/30. After a week of no contact from this “repair shop” we reached out to them on 4/7! We were advised by the Tech the controller was in testing and would be ready for pick up after 11:00am on 4/8.. No other contact. We go to pick the item up on 4/8 and was then advised the Controller isn’t ready a part ( #Dwx4824 master board) need to be ordered. So they’d lied on 4/7!! It will take approx 3weeks for this part! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE and very disappointing! No one reached out to advise us of this. The lack of communication is infuriating! The commute one way to the repair shop is approx 45+ minutes. Needing A MASTER BOARD?!!!! They can’t be serious. We were told repairs were done and the equipment was being tested!! My husband has had to cancel/reschedule events from the time the controller was at the “repair shop” which was a financial burden. Now we have to wait an addt’l 3weeks for the part NOT including the repair. So it’ll be over a month and a half before we get the equipment. Pioneer or whomever needs to give my husband a NEW controller!! This one need to be replaced! To add misery to our current situation. The repair shop provided an email to a pioneer rep to address our concerns etc. Well we’ve emailed him 3 times since 4/08 and have NOT received a response. It is now 4/17! This is terrible customer service and poor communication all around! There is no one to speak to directly to assist us.. All we want it for someone to IMMEDIATELY replace this faulty controller and that will solve this problem!! We paid almost $2k for a piece of junk pretty much! How can the MASTER BOARD give issues already when the item is less than/close to a yr old only!! We need answers!! It’s now 4/17 and we haven’t recvd responses from the repair shop nor this Daryl person we’ve been advised to contact as the Pioneer Rep. Signed an unhappy and furious customer.

Feels like a real setup. Have 4 decks to chop Riddim is too much fun. Had other smaller controllers and they all felt like junk compared to this one. Glad I spent the extra money on this, totally worth it. It’s a bit bigger than I thought and after a few months still in perfect shape. Have a laser machine hooked up and synced to the music really sets the vibe. Would recommend the deck saver if you have pets. My cat loves sleeping on it when not in use.

Le FLX10 et mon quatrième contrôleur et de loin le meilleur, on est vraiment pas loin des cdj3000 pour une fraction du prix. Au départ, je trouvais que c’était peut-être cher pour un contrôleur, mais avec presque un an d’utilisation, je sais que c’est le meilleur choix que je pouvais faire le contact est vraiment bon. Le visuel est excellent. Pour ma part, je l’utilise avec Serato suite et à chaque jour, je passe des heures à mixer avec émerveillement ça vaut le coup

Llego a tiempo, bien empacado. Ahora lo estoy disfrutando.

Best controller before CDJs. Absolute beauty and the sound quality out of this thing is out of this world. Runs perfectly fine for 4 hour sets without issues. Shame that it’s getting replaced in a year but I can’t wait that long.
