Good quality bag, durable on the outside. Great bag for carry-on and love the flexibility of having the option to use it for a backpack or regular duffle bag. Zipper is strong. I would recommend using packing cubes to organize your stuff inside as everything shifts around due to the soft sides when traveling.

Thin vinyl material. Side stuff pocket not large enough to accommodate phone, wallet and keys. The one long zippered inner side pocket is helpful but the smaller inner side pockets on the other side of the bag has no closures and small items can fall out when bag is used in backpack mode. Given the price tag is on par with the offerings by brands like Patagonia, Osprey, and EagleCreek, one would expect the durability of materials used to be on par as well.
