Hi. I bought this Tudca+NAC bc a friend recommended it to me and I’m very pleased with the product. The first week I was on it, the tiredness I had been feeling was getting better and I seemed to have more energy. I actually subscribed to this product and I’m happy so far with how it’s helping my body. My liver is thankful. I guess in a way my brain is thankful too bc it seems it is relaying the message to my body that it has more energy and “get up and go” and my energy levels had all but disappeared before taking this product. I’ve smiled and had happy thoughts of being able to tackle the day ahead. I have since had bloodwork and my liver values are good. So I highly recommend trying this product. *****Some reviews have said they smell bad or taste bad…….well the smell isn’t great but there is no taste. They are larger capsules but I have no problem swallowing them with water…..I suggest if certain smells gag you then hold you nose and put these in your mouth and swallow with some water and Walla no problem with taking them. I think they are easy to swallow and they have no taste either. Not sure why reviewers have said that?! So buy this and try them for yourself…..see if your liver isn’t happy and thankful.

Now that I'm in my 60s I'm paying particular attention to my health. I want to live, not just a long life, but a physically, mentally, and emotionally abundant one as well. So I try to watch what I eat and take appropriate supplements to buttress my healthy eating habits. I'm particularly focused on antioxidants. I was discussing health issues with my friend, and he recommended I try a supplement with TUDCA and NAC from another brand, which was much more expensive. I had never heard of these supplements so I did a little research and decided to give them a try. Since I like to have alcoholic beverages in moderation 3 or 4 times a week, I was particularly interested in finding something that will help my liver health. And since I'm convinced that antioxidants are a very beneficial type of supplement, I decided to try this combination out. I bought this ZINGICIN brand because, as I mentioned earlier, it had similar dosage and ingredients to what my friend recommended, but at a lower price. Observations: - No adverse effects. No issues with indigestion or burping up bad tastes. Actually, I feel the same, but I've only been taking it a few weeks. I'm only taking one pill twice a week and will gradually increase it just to play it safe. No "magical" effects yet. I suppose -- just like other supplements I take -- I just have to trust and have faith that it'll help. I'll be happy if it doesn't cause harm, which so far I haven't had any issues. - The pills are a bit larger than a 500mg dose of Vitamin D I also take. You can compare the size in the first picture. - The pills do not smell. They do not have any taste going down whatsoever. I thought initially I'd give them a one star downgrade due to the larger size, but quite frankly, that would be unfair. I haven't had problems swallowing them and I wouldn't want to take 3 or 4 slightly smaller pills to get the same dosage. These are fine. And since I haven't had any adverse effects (no positive ones either, but there's really no way to tell if they're working, like just about any other supplement), I have to give them 5 stars for the value. I'll update this review if anything changes. In the mean time I plan on continuing to buy them.

I work out and take various types of supplements . Some of supplements cause stress on the liver and increase the liver enzymes. I use this product because the NAC promotes the production of the powerful antioxidant glutathione, and TUDCA neutralizes toxic bile acids. Both are known to promote liver health and protection and can provide even more when they are used together. I know this stuff works because I have lab work done and I compared my liver enzymes before and after, and by using this product they improved significantly.

I started taking this product to help aid in detoxification and liver support. The dosage recommendation is 1 capsule twice daily. I first started out with 1 capsule a day and after 30 days, I increased my dosage to 2 capsules a day. I think it works best when taking it right before a meal. For me, taking 1 capsule before breakfast and 1 capsule before lunch really helps my digestive system. I will continue to purchase this product as needed.

Important to take with parasite cleanses, seems to work as it should.

Not sure yet if it’s working! Been taking for a month with no bad side effects noted besides my inconsistency with taking it! I know my gallbladder is not missing out! 🤣

Works great and no harmful vascular tearing calcium fillers of other unnecessary garbage.....product ingredients are minimal. Keep yourself regular and your liver clean, can't beat it.

I received this product when promised. It arrived undamaged and well packaged. I've been using Tudca + NAC for several months and I can really feel a difference. I have more energy, I sleep better and my digestion has improved. I recommend this product because it has made a difference for me.
