I weigh 200 but bench about 300. Do I get the blue or red size?** A: Thank you for your attention. Based on your weight of 200lbs and bench press weight of 300lbs, I would recommend going with the red size. It falls within the range that accommodates your bench press weight, providing you with the appropriate level of resistance and support. **Q: can anyone advise if this can be used for incline dumbell press** A: I use this band more for flat bench cause it’s great for my shoulder pain. As for using dumbbells for flat or incline I have not tried it yet but I’m sure it should work so long as u have a spotter for using dumbbells cause it will move out of position when trying to grab one at a time. It all ready gets off position when I’m bench pressing with barbells so I can only imagine when using for dumbbells. I say try it out but do light to medium weight so u don’t cause ur self injury. **Q: Is it suitable for beginners? How effective is it for lifting?** A: Great for beginners! I use it for bench press and it helps me maintain proper posture to prevent injuries. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐ Disappointing performance *by M***P on 18 March 2024* I got this to replace my Slingshot and was disappointed on the support it gives. Do t think I’ll be using it again and will just get another slingshot ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Helpful *by G***Y on 19 June 2025* I’ve never used one of these before but this seems to be good quality. It has helped to improve my bench. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly Effective Bench Press Bands – Shoulder-Friendly Strength Builder *by G***. on 11 January 2026* I’ve been extremely impressed with the KCross Bench Press Band. It’s very easy to use and sets up quickly, with clear positioning that feels natural and secure during lifts. Once it’s on, everything stays exactly where it should—no slipping or constant readjusting. The double resistance design really stands out. It provides smooth, consistent tension throughout the movement and has helped me noticeably increase my pressing strength over a short period of time. You can feel the resistance working both at the bottom and top of the press, which makes each rep more effective. The biggest benefit for me has been shoulder and rotator cuff relief. I’ve dealt with shoulder discomfort for years, and this band allows me to bench with zero stress on my shoulders. No pain, no awkward strain—just a strong, controlled press. It’s been a game changer for training while protecting my joints. If you’re looking to build strength safely, reduce shoulder pain, and improve your bench performance, this band is absolutely worth it. Highly recommended. ## Frequently Bought Together - KCROSS Bench Press Band for Men and Women, Weight Lifting Bench Press Band, Push Up Exercise Bench - Gymreapers Knee Wraps (Pair) With Strap for Squats, Weightlifting, Powerlifting, Leg Press, and Cross Training - Flexible 72" Knee Wraps for Squatting - For Men & Women - 1 Year Warranty (Black) - Gymreapers Lifting Wrist Straps for Weightlifting, Bodybuilding, Powerlifting, Strength Training, & Deadlifts - Padded Neoprene with 18 inch Cotton --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/517958785-kcross-bench-press-band-for-men-and-women-weight-lifting](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/517958785-kcross-bench-press-band-for-men-and-women-weight-lifting) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-10-12*
