I don't understand the sizing. I weigh 200 but bench about 300. Do I get the blue or red size?

can anyone advise if this can be used for incline dumbell press

I use this band more for flat bench cause it’s great for my shoulder pain. As for using dumbbells for flat or incline I have not tried it yet but I’m sure it should work so long as u have a spotter for using dumbbells cause it will move out of position when trying to grab one at a time. It all ready gets off position when I’m bench pressing with barbells so I can only imagine when using for dumbbells. I say try it out but do light to medium weight so u don’t cause ur self injury.
