This Keurig has become a non-negotiable part of my morning routine. It heats up fast, brews smoothly, and is easy to clean. I love the flexibility of being able to pop in any K-Cup and have a fresh cup of coffee in under a minute.The compact size also fits well on my countertop. I use it daily and it's never let me down. If Keurig ever makes a matching frother or compact pod organizer, I’m in!

I like this coffeemaker because it doesn't take up much space, the coffee is hot and the multi sized cup selection is perfect. I also like that it makes hot and iced coffee.

So I bought this for my partner as a Christmas gift thinking it would be a throw-away item (I’m not a coffee drinker, so what do I know). He’ll never use this. Or maybe will use this a couple of times and then it’ll be relegated to the corner of the basement where the failed Christmas presents go. Nope. This sits prominently on our kitchen counter to this day and he uses it every day. He’s an iced coffee drinker and this works perfectly for him. Didn’t expect to have a hit on my hands with this one, but alas - highly recommend.

Seems to be working fine so. The coffee I use tastes good coming from the machine. I also use it to get water for tea. Couple things to note: It makes the water a bit too hot, at least compared to the one I had before. The iced portion requires more ice than the one I had before as well.

Keurig is a decent product, but I find that I end up replacing the machine after about a year (this is my third unit). Sometimes, the clean light doesn't turn off. When the company first started, the machine came with all the necessary components to operate it. However, due to cost-cutting measures, the charcoal filter mechanism must now be purchased separately. I won't be buying another Keurig unit; instead, I plan to switch to an Italian coffee machine.

Love this Keurig! It fits perfectly on my small kitchen counter in my LTV motorhome! It's perfect for 2 people on the road!

I've had Keurig coffee makers since they first came out. Some have lasted years, others not so much-- as the years pass, the newer models don't last as long (one quit after only two weeks). The convenience is good, but I also like to use my own coffee, so I bought a pair of official Keurig K-Cup reusable filters.I will say that this is the worst Keurig coffee maker I've ever owned. I meant to send the thing back, but ended up traveling and returning home one day after the return period had expired. This Keurig drips, dribbles, leaks, and generally makes a huge mess. If you don't make sure that your cup is pushed all the way to the back and against the coffee maker, get ready to clean up. A half inch of space will get you photographs 1 and 2. Coffee will splatter onto the coffee maker and down the side of your cup, filling the catch basin below it. In photograph 2 you can see how the leaked coffee spreads all the way around to the side of the coffee maker. Your cup is sitting in it, so you have to put the cup on a paper towel or get coffee all over your counter or table. To make a bad situation worse, the thing is almost impossible to clean-- you can't get your fingers in there adequately. Even the reusuable filters end up a mess-- grounds everywhere as if the coffee maker full force blows hot water into it. After the coffee is finished, the coffee maker will still drip and dribble for some time. You can't turn the coffee maker off, so there are bright white-- and really irritating-- flashing lights (you can see them in photograph 2) for five minutes. If you want to stop them, your only option is to unplug the coffee maker. This Keurig coffee maker is so aggravating and messy, it makes me want to never buy a Keurig again.

I used the previous version at work for years, and this new model is a significant upgrade. It's user-friendly, brews coffee in a reasonable amount of time, and the larger water reservoir is a major improvement. I also appreciate the iced coffee feature.
