Perfect base plate, ARCA tripod mount and extended grip for the X T5. This is a beautifully made base plate with a very well integrated grip extension for my X T5. I had been having issues with the shutter release on my X T5 (it felt wobbly with imprecise feel that caused many false shutter releases) and having this grip extension allowed me to get better control on the shutter release as well as protecting the bottom of the camera and providing a very useful ARCA tripod mount (standard threaded sockets are provided for other tripod mounts). It is superbly engineered and a pleasure to use. Pros: 1. Fits the X T5 perfectly. 2. Grip extension looks as if it was part of the original camera. 3. Very well made and beautifully finished. 4. Very light weight. 5. Adds very little bulk to the camera (apart from the grip extension which is the point of course). Cons: 1. None that I can think of. Perfect for the job. Summary: This is the best grip extension and base plate for the X T5 I have found and love it. Thoroughly recommended.

Was looking for an extra grip for my X-T5 when using a lens that makes the T5 feel front-heavy. This was my choice and it was silver to match my camera body. And the black texture part was pretty close to the body as well. The fitment on the X-T5 is good. The extra grip is what I was looking for. Keeps the bottom of the camera off the surface when being put down. Still have access to the battery. Light so you won't feel much of a difference. Great increase in camera control. Very well machined.

I like the fact that this grip is light, strong and yet has no excess metal, maintains full functionality of the camera like tripod mounting, and changing the battery. It has a arca Swiss slot that doesn’t cause any sharp points on the grip. The rubber grip material and texture is as close to the original camera as possible, and looks great. I was looking for two things mainly when I bought this grip, something to protect the base of the camera from scratches when setting it down, and a red shutter button extension, that makes the shutter activation for autofocus and capture easier. In case you don’t want the deeper grip, it’s removable with an Allen wrench, and doesn’t require tools to attach the grip to the camera, since it has a folding D ring on the screw.

Awesome product. My absolute favorite addition to my camera, by far. I appreciate its comfort and functionality on a daily basis, every single time I pick my camera up. I cannot overstate how much I like this product. If I lost it or broke it, I would absolutely purchase another one immediately. It gives "just enough" extra grip area to let me hold my X-T5 without worrying about dropping it. Its super comfortable and grippy, and the built in tripod mount is a great bonus. The battery door etc functions perfectly with the grip installed. There are extra screw holes in the base for other accessories such as a BlackRapid type strap, etc. The extra weight is barely noticeable. Highly, highly recommended.

Perfect for my xt5, adding protection and a good grip.

I recently removed this cage from my X-T5 and remembered how much I disliked the original grip. With this cage, I can easily handhold while shooting with my XF150600 lens (and I'm a senior citizen!) I like to come up with reasons to remove stars from reviews but, dang it, I couldn't come up with one. Five Stars.

Avevo già una cosa del genere ma un altra marca e di colore nero. Devo dire che questa risulta molto più leggera e con il grip più preciso rispetto a quella che avevo,unica cosa che manca rispetto all'altra è che ha il fondo magnetico per portare la chiave a brugola sempre con te.

Fits the X-T5 perfectly. Currently using it for a Japan trip and enjoying the increase of grip on the camera handle. Quick install and the added weight is negligible; you do don't notice it at all! The added red button on the capture is also a nice bonus. I would recommend buying this product over the official grip due to being 1/4 the cost and availability. Enjoy!

Der Griff ist gut verarbeitet und schmiegt sich nach der Montage gut an die Kamera an. Man merkt kaum, das der Griff nicht zur Kamera gehört. Nichts wackelt. Die integrierte Wechselplatte ist ziemlich massiv gefertigt und strahlt sehr viel Wertigkeit aus. Schön ist auch, dass man den Griff relativ schnell wieder demontieren kann. Ich weiß nicht was man noch besser machen kann. Der Mehrpreis des Fuji original Griffes erschließt sich mir daher nicht.

La verdad que ayuda muchísimo en cuanto a ergonomia, especialmente si tienes manos grandes. Altamente recomendado.

This makes my XT-5 fit my hand perfectly. The quality and strength of the grip is as good as any camera brand.
