Excellent product but cup does stain
I bought this because I spend quite a bit of time in hospital coffee shops ( I drive patients to hospital for appointments) most of which only use disposable coffee cups. After seeing the horrendous reports of what happens to our waste and the fact that most of these disposable cups are not recycled I decided to get a reusable one. This is perfect for my needs as it collapses to fit easily inside my bag or coat pocket and has 3 different sizes when expanded although I will probably only use the largest size in fact. It is very sturdy and I hope will give many years of service.I am adding to my review after a year of use. I have dropped a star as the inside of the cup had now become stained with coffee stains which cannot be removed. I have tried all the recommended treatments including bicarbonate and even bleach with no success. The cup is still usable so the first part of my review is still true. However the stains do not look nice and baristas try to wash it before use even though it is clean.

Does what it says on the tin
It's easy to expand & collapse, lightweight, doesn't leak, does exactly what I want it to!The only slight negative that I've found so far is I'd like it to be a little smaller when it's fully collapsed. Maybe I just need to keep less stuff in my bag!UPDATE - I've been using this for a few weeks now & I've had to take a star off as it's not quite leak proof. I buy a coffee from a coffee shop & can drink it straight away without any leaks. However, once I'm finished the coffee I collapse it & put it in my bag. If it stays 'upright' then it doesn't leak but if it ends up on its side then there's a slow leak. I've had to put 2 reusable carrier bags in the wash because of this. Next time I'll have to find the nearest public toilet to give it a quick rinse before sticking it in my bag.

Very handy
I used my new Pokito cup for the first time yesterday. Once the lid was securely screwed on I drank out of the little hole in the lid and was pleased not to find myself pouring coffee down my jumper. The full cup stood steadily on a fold-out table on the train, it felt sturdy, there was no weird taste or smell and when I'd finished the coffee I collapsed it and put it in my bag. There were no drips of coffee in my bag many hours later when I retrieved the cup for washing. So far I'm very pleased with my Pokito cup!

Started well, but didn't last. Great customer service though
At first this cup was great, and got lots of favourable comment by baristas everywhere I went. The first point is that it is easy to mis-thread the lid, so you have to be careful to screw it on straight. Having got used to that it was fine for a while, but then it started to leak more and more often until it was leaking almost every time I used it.There are several problems with this cup. First, the plastic ring on the top of the cup gradually became distorted so that it didn't seal properly against the silicone. Second, there is nothing immediately under the lid to grip when trying to tighten it. Third, hot drinks make the silicone quite soft, which also makes it hard to tighten the lid fully.UPDATE: after writing the original review, the manufacturer got in touch and offered me a full refund. This was very generous of them. I'll definitely look out for version 2 of this cup and think about giving it another go.Pity, it is a very nice idea, but it too expensive to buy a new one every few months.

It leaks
I loved this at first because it is much easier to carry around than a non-collapsible cup. It doesn't collapse easily all the time and can be rather fiddly. But despite it's claims that it doesn't leak, it does, after several uses. It leaked hot fluid all down my front in a conference last week, very embarrasingly and I'm glad I wasn't hurt. It also leaked fluid all through my handbag when I collapsed it down, (most fluid gone but there are always drops).

Dussapointed
It spills the hot drink very easily. I was walking and it was constantly dripping hot tea on my hand. The material goes soft after hot water ia out in it and makes it difficult to do the lid up as they recommend twisting one way and then another. The whole cup moves and folds (when in large mainly). One rinsed and closed (supposedly to put in bag and cary) it drips any residue water out. Again not really leak proof. There isn't enough surface to hold the cup comfortably when hot...

Only use if you want your fingers scalded and tea stains on your favourite top
Original review: Great cup, packs down small, doesn't leak, doesn't burn your fingers when using it.Revised review after using it for a few weeks: I hate the lid. Sometes it works fine. Other times it spews boiling tea over your fingers in large enough amounts to burn. There is no discernible difference in how you put the lid on to get these two wildly different outcomes. If your product requires a YouTube video to explain how to make the lid work properly, you need to design a better lid. (And even following the YouTube video instructions didn't stop it leaking). Also the white bits stain horrendously. Replaced it with a stojo, which isn't big enough, but does keep the boiling tea inside the cup. After continuing to use it as a back up to the Stojo for a while I've concluded it's fine for frothy coffee which is a bit thicker, but pointless for tea. I wouldn't recommend.

Leak proof but fiddly to collapse.
I've only given 3 stars as it can be very fiddly to collapse, especially when it is still dirty, and it would be much better if the base was fixed on as it frequently moves, comes off and basically doesn't give you confidence that you can put a hot coffee down on a level surface safely. Great Eco idea though.
