I ordered this to have a nice relaxing bath after doing a heavy day of DIY / gardening and also to help with my achy feet. It does say that you should put a generous handful .. and the first time I tried it I put what was a generous handful and left it to dissolve before taking a 25 minute soak. It certainly felt relaxing but I couldn't smell any eucalyptus or any other aromas at all but it was still very relaxing and certainly helped with the few aches I had in my back and legs and helped my feet too. The next time I used it I put 2 handfuls in and I could slightly smell something but not very strongly but it seemed to have a much better effect - much more relaxing and completely got rid of the aches and pains I had that day so I think you do need to use quite a bit to experience the benefits properly - this of course will depend on need / amount of water / your size ... It is a really nice feeling and I left it quite a while before trying again as I didn't want to use it up too quickly. There is 1kg of this mix and its quite expensive so would be great as a special treat. For me I would estimate about 4 really good soaks per pack which is not bad for the relief and relaxation it gives - so maybe 1 really good soak per week would last me a month. If they ever reduce or have a subscribe + save discount then I'd be very tempted to buy it again but at the current price (just under £13 at the time of this review) it's a bit much so I'll enjoy 2 more over the next 2 months for now and come and check back when I've run out :) Overall - very effective after a good long soak using about 200-250g each time, the scent is very subtle and perhaps helps the relaxation being so. I'm very happy with this and definitely recommend it (just the price is a tad high I think). Thank you :)

This has a nice mixtures of essential oils and himalayan pink salt with enriched minerals (all 100% natural ingredients).It is a muscle reliever with warm and calming effect .Dissolves quickly time you filling up the bath tub and a handful of salt will do the job.Not the cheapest bath salt on the market but from time to time it’s worth having some treat.
