I'm absolutely thrilled with my purchase. As someone who's tried numerous chai latte brands, this one stands out for its authentic and well-balanced blend of spices. The 1kg pack offers excellent value, providing around 50 servings that work out much cheaper than coffee shop alternatives. While it can be made with just water, I highly recommend using milk for a richer, creamier experience. My favorite way to prepare it is with hot steamed milk and an extra sprinkle of cinnamon on top – it creates that perfect coffee shop quality drink right at home. The spice blend is just right - not too overwhelming but definitely present enough to give you that authentic chai taste. What I particularly appreciate is its versatility - you can make it hot or cold, and even experiment with different variations like adding a shot of espresso for a dirty chai latte. The powder dissolves easily with no grittiness, and the resealable packaging keeps it fresh. If you're a chai latte enthusiast like me, I'd definitely recommend going for this larger 1kg pack – it's more economical in the long run and ensures you won't run out anytime soon.

This is an excellent product and makes a genuinely delicious chai latte, but I’ve found a few quirks with the packaging and preparation after using it for a while. First off, to get the absolute best flavor out of it, I find I need a heaped measuring spoon plus a little bit more than the standard recommended serving. The only downside to making it this rich is that the calorie count is quite high, so sadly I can't enjoy it as frequently as I’d like to! My biggest observation, however, is regarding the packaging. I strongly feel that the product sold in the metal tins tastes better than it does in these foil-lined cardboard containers. The metal cans seem to lock out moisture perfectly; on arrival, the powder from the metal tins crackles and creates a much more frothy drink when mixed. These cardboard tubs don't give you that same effect, which suggests they might let in a tiny amount of moisture during transit or storage. Considering these bulk tubs are much more cost-effective than the expensive metal cans, it’s a fair trade-off—but if you are looking for that maximum fresh, frothy texture, the packaging difference is definitely noticeable.

My best friend LOVES chai lattes, I'd never had one before so got this so I can whip her up some & to try it after reading its even lower in caffeine than normal tea & I have to say, I wish I'd tried it sooner!! I've had 2 cups since been delivered & i find it a little too sweet when made with 3 teaspoons so tried 2 & oh my days, perfection! This is gorgeous & if you're reading the reviews unsure, I say BUY IT, you won't regret it. Oh & this 1kg size is money-saving when you think a 250g tub is over £8!!

Schon zum 3 Mal nachbestellt. Super lecker und Preis- Leistung stimmt auch. Nur mit Wasser schmeckt es nicht, aber mit Milch ist er perfekt.

Es el mejor té chai que he probado hasta ahora, me encanta su sabor. Ha estado un tiempo sin venderse, no sé qué habrá pasado, pero de nuevo he podido conseguirlo.
