item fitted my envy 4500 printer but the printer would not accept it and kept flashing up a message to remove the cartridges. don't waste your money as you won't be getting the good deal you may be expecting. expensive lesson now learned. thanks for nothing!!following the above review the seller contacted me and was very apologetic for the problems i encountered. they sent me a replacement cartridge that now works in my printer. the issue was solved quickly and politely. i would now recommend this seller.

Don't waste your money
Not happy. Received today and printer says colour is counterfeit or used and black not recognisable. Waste of money :(
