I use this bowl for dough almost everyday. It is beautiful! The bowl is fairly heavy, which I like. Some people say theirs have chipped easily. I have not had that problem. I put pot protector pieces between my bowls, though. I have not washed it in the dishwasher, so I cannot speak to that. The color is very vibrant, and the design is beautiful. I am collecting all of the pieces in this series, and this is the piece I started with. It is a medium sized bowl. It would make a perfect salad bowl, as well. I will buy more! The price is worth it!

It arrived with a chip on the rim. When I went to repack it to send it back, I found the chip so it must have happened on the way to my home.

The kings of the bowl makers Mason Cash does it again with this colorful, bright, shiny mixing bowl. It's not too heavy but not at all light. The meadow relief around the bowl is really cool and it makes your kitchen pop if you have a black or white or even a complimentary color kitchen. This is my 7th Mason Cash bowls and I love every one of them. Does not chip easily unless you are super clumsy. Dishwasher safe, doesn't fade.

Ich habe mir die Mason Cash Rührschüssel vor allem für meinen Sauerteig gekauft und bin absolut begeistert. Die Schüssel ist nicht nur ein echter Blickfang mit ihrem schönen Blumenmotiv, sondern überzeugt auch durch ihre hervorragende Verarbeitung. Das Steingut fühlt sich hochwertig an, die Glasur ist sauber verarbeitet und die Schüssel wirkt sehr robust. Für die Zubereitung von Sauerteig ist sie einfach perfekt. Mit ihren 2,7 Litern bietet sie ausreichend Platz zum Mischen und Gehenlassen des Teigs. Auch Brot- und Kuchenteig lassen sich darin wunderbar verarbeiten. Durch das Eigengewicht steht die Schüssel stabil auf der Arbeitsfläche und verrutscht nicht so leicht. Der Preis ist zwar etwas höher als bei vielen anderen Rührschüsseln, aber meiner Meinung nach ist sie **jeden Cent wert**. Man merkt sofort, dass es sich um ein hochwertiges Produkt handelt, an dem man viele Jahre Freude haben wird. Ich freue mich jedes Mal, wenn ich sie benutze, und würde sie ohne zu zögern wieder kaufen. Klare 5 Sterne!
