Best I have tried
Having suffered repetitive strain injury in elbows and wrists for a couple of years, as a professional landscaper, this is the best support I have tried for tennis elbow. Holds firmly, even after washing, which is a major issue with many others. Velcro on velcro would have been my recommendation but on many of my other straps thin velcro is stitched onto other material, with resultant longevity problems. The other common issue (particularly with those sold by a/the well known chemist) is where the strap width is smaller than the plastic buckle, resulting in the buckle rotating, digging in, and no longer providing the firmness of support required. This support provides the required support with neither of these problems. It feels like it will last. It won't provide a cure but helps to avoid further injury. Rest and frequent cold treatment (bag of frozen peas or TheraPearl Sports Hot/Cold Pack with Strap) are useful.

Good product and value
Excellent product. One minor issue is the label on the inside of the support is itchy!. I guess I could cut it off.

Best product I've bought
I've been suffering with tennis elbow for several weeks, like most people I had a lot of pain. Restricted movement, couldn't even lift the kettle! Put this on as soon as it arrived and wore until I went to bed. Brilliant- no pain! More movement, wish I had got it earlier it was my GP who recommended checking out Amazon. This is as it states non-sweat & hypo-allergenic, I suffer with urticaria and I have a very sensitive skin, I had to stop wearing my neoprene iPod arm band at the gym as after an hour as it gave me a painful rash. Wore this for over 10 hours no reaction or discomfort. Thank you, from one very happy customer.

Really effective but not a cure
I have now bought 4 of these tennis elbow supports - I cannot say that they are a miracle cure, but they do support my tendons/elbow to enable me to work out at the gym still. They do address the pain when worn after exercise and I think they are a good purchase to either help with any pain or support your elbows/tendons so you can still work out.

It is comfortable to wear and washes well
The tennis elbow support really helped. It is comfortable to wear and washes well. I would recommend it to any one who suffers wth this condition.

Fits large plump arms.....but will dig in
Otherwise known as an epicondylar clasp or clamp, this type of device was recommended by my GP to protect my elbow from further bouts of tendonitis due to overuse/repetitive use of the joint. Combined with prescription-only anti-inflammatory medication it did work in relieving the pain. It has a small firm pad (which you can just see as the blue in the background in the photo) which needs to be positioned near the sorest bit of the elbow but just in front, towards the wrist, and then the strap pulled very firmly. My GP said it fools the muscle into thinking it ends at the clasp instead of at your elbow, which helped me work out where to position it. It did get a bit uncomfortable after several hours wear with my elbow bent - the edge of the strap rubbed on the skin - but it was worth it to have the relief from the acute pain in my elbow.

and it's suddenly so much better. Very pleased with this
This so simple, and yet the first day I wore it at work all day, I didn't get the same level of pain I usually get at all using the mouse!! If there was any pain in my arm, I just adjusted to position the pad over the muscle in line with the discomfort, and problem solved. Actually, having worn it every day at work for a few weeks, I find I'm forgetting to use it as much because I don't get the pain unless I'm doing a particularlly repetative task on CAD. I've had years of tennis elbow and golfers elbow because of using the mouse, and used numerous devices to try to help, and then I buy this little thing, and it's suddenly so much better. Very pleased with this!

Worthwhile tennis elbow support
I've been using this support now for many months on and off and it works well. Occasionally it irritates me and I leave off using it for a while. It does allow my tennis elbow to recover.
