Does this come with the white barrel that is shown? I ordered once before and received the marbled barrel.

I ordered this pen expecting a white barrel and got a 12 pack of blacks. I wanted the blue ink and white barrel but couldn’t find it.

Is the ink waterproof?

No. I just tested it to make sure. Not at all waterproof. I have found that any pen with waterproof ink will usually advertise that fact.
