Not Same As Described !!
Not same as described in the Web-listing. (1) There is no hanger to insert even a small external-lock in the item I physically received. (2) No 'Nickel/Chrome Finished', only 'Galvanize Finished'. Not worth the cost. So RETURNED. This was the first time when I faced a 3rd class RETURN POLICY on behalf of Amazon. They took the total payment in one shot but made the REFUND in instalments during a long (about 2 months) period due to some of their technical glitches !! Would like to suggest them to improve their Return-Policy more effectively.
