I have it in black and dark blue. Yes it can smudge some. But I like it

Absolute trash. Is not waterproof at all. Runs and smudges. Constantly having to clean up my eyes throughout the day.

Wipes away!
First thing I tried once I opened it…Drew a line on my skin…. waited for at least 15 minutes… ran my finger across it… instantly blurred. Not thrilled! May try, but I don’t look forward to it…Disappointed.

Long lasting and a great buy.
I’ve been trying to find islamic style kohl for the longest and now I can use kohl for it’s islamic purpose.
