The is a light set designed to allow yo to be seen and help keep you safe. The kit comes as a combined front (white light) / rear (red light) light harness, in addition is a slim illuminated armband (blue light). The light harness and the armband incorporate a rechargeable so you never need to worry about batteries again simply plug them in using the supplied cable and allow them to charge, the 5 LEDs on the rear of the unit indicate remaining charge (1=min, 5=max). The main light unit and the arm band has several lighting modes from steady to various flashing combinations is lightweight. The armband also has several different lighting modes and can alternative be worn on the legs if required.Overall practical useful and undoubtedly a safety precaution to help keep you safe on the road during poor visibility or to simply enhance your visibility. Can be used for all sorts of activity such as running, cycling, walking etc.

This light is a must for anyone running in the dark.I am currently training for the London marathon and so have to do a lot of running in the evenings.Yesterday evening I went out for my run and was extremely pleased with this light.The front light was bright enough to illuminate the path in front of me even down the darkest alley! I managed to avoid all the puddles and tree roots.The rear red light ensured that pedestrians and road users could see me.The lights can be set on bright when it's really dark ,slightly dimmer when you are under street lights or to flash.I found them very comfortable to wear and much better than the head torch I have previously worn.I am delighted that the unit can be charged via a USB rather than incorporate a battery pack with its added weight.This light unit also came with a bonus gift of a chargeable arm band. The arm band glows a beautiful blue . It can be set to flash,pulse or just illuminate ,so yet another device to be seen and safe!Runners,you won't regret this purchase,I'm wondering why I didn't get one before.

fabulous idea but a little difficult to put on alone. Also the straps pop out at times from the plastic anchors on the lights themselves. lights are fantastic, bright and light the way beautifully. the free arm band was a bonus and certainly perfect. Happy with offer price but would have been disappointed with full price because of these issues as it isnt that easy to put on and maintain.

Bought this for my husband after he complained that drivers struggled to see his reflective gear when running after dark. Its comfortable to run in and has a bright (possibly too bright???) light so he can not only see his way but also can be seen by other road users.

Used this light quite a few time now for running in the evening. Last for several days as I usually do one hour at the time.Has several options to adjust the light from very bright to a bit more dimmed and flashing. Being a bit larger wire connecting the front and back light going over my shoulder could be a bit longer. Overall ok for that I want it for.

Perfect for the early morning runs or evening runs in the winter darkness! Lights up the street perfectly and also helps me be seen. I run on country roads with no street lights so this is invaluable

I used my running light the other evening it was brilliant you have 3 settings full light, dim light & flashing light. I used dim light for road running but when we ran through unlit lanes my full light was great it lit up really well & I could see ahead. Much more better than my head touch. Very pleased with this purchase.

Lasted 15 months then the inner wiring came loose, can't fix without a soldering iron. It did well for the money, marathon trained all winter through heavy rain and freezing temperatures.
