The headset is beautiful and feels quite comfortable, although you do feel some slight pressure on the sides that I don't feel wjen wearing my other Razers with cable. My problem was that I had disconnecting issues with the sound, and I was using the dongle and all as indicated. Otherwise I could have considered to keep them. Pity. Additionally, the retour isn't covered and had to pay 30 eur upfront to send it back to UK Ever heard of cross docking Amazon?

I've been using the Razer Barracuda X for a while now, and I'm really impressed with them. The sound quality is clear and balanced, making them great for gaming, music, and videos. The noise cancellation does a good job of reducing background noise, helping me stay focused without completely blocking out my surroundings. Sound quality out of the box is fine. I haven't tried to EQ feature in the app, so I can't say what peak quality will sound like on these. I thought that was going to be a big draw for me over competitors' products because I could fix a bad sound profile on my own very easily if I ended up being dissatisfied. Unfortunately, the discomfort of wearing these ruins them for me. I find myself using my old cheap wired headset instead because it has comparable sound quality and doesn't squeeze my head or ears. I had bought these headphones because the sound quality and battery life on the wireless ear buds I bought were awful and I hated constantly adjusting the position of my wire on my headset to keep it out of the way or how my hair would get caught in it all the time because of the way it was designed. Another problem I had with this was switching between Bluetooth and 2.4GHz. I had some problems with 2.4 mode one day, so I switched to Bluetooth. It worked initially, but now I have to fight with my computer every time I was to use these headphones in order to get them to work. I don't think it likes that I had both modes set up on the same device, but that's just a guess. Positives, they sell for a reasonable price for what you get, the app's EQ feature is probably really useful, they're a stylish choice since they're not clunky or covered in RGB lights, and the battery life is really good. I also mentioned earlier already that the sound quality is good enough out of the box. All of the features which drew me to purchase this product meet my expectations. The problems I've had with it are simply too much for me personally to justify continuing to use them. I will probably try another product I had my eyes on then keep whichever is the better of the two.
