A must read real life horror story!
In this modern world of many types of scammers, this is a gripping real world tale of a family's suffering at the hands of an astonishing conman. It is an eye opening education on the lengths a serious scammer will go to and in my opinion a must read for females, in particular, everywhere. The story is authentically told by the two sisters who suffered so shockingly at the hands of this devious character, absolutely gripping in the twists and turns of the narrative.Definitely a book that I won't forget in a hurry and one that I am urging friends far and wide to read and learn from.

Well written and a very good read. It kept me turning page after page trying to get to the end to read the final outcome. Thoroughly enjoyed this book and recommend anyone to read for themselves.

A gripping true crime memoir.
Coleen had been 41, divorced, with two teen daughters, and reasonably happy. She felt she was now ready to meet someone again, and was soon drawn to fireman James, who popped up on a dating app. Things went from strength to strength........until they unravelled, and it looked like everything was all lies. This was easy to read, written in a chatty, conversational style. Well-told, simply told, and well-paced. It was so unpredictable, shocking the lengths some people will go to. A brilliant book, which keeps you on the edge of your seat. But that kind of sounds wrong to say that, as it's someone's real life, and horrible happenings for her. But it's so well-told, a page-turner.A gripping true crime memoir.

Fantastic book
This book. is so engaging. It's a fantastic read, but the reality and the impact on the lives of the families and friends is awful. But Coleen and Sarah are so strong.

The unbelievable truth !
Loved this story though my heart goes out to everyone who had the misfortune of being sucked in by that deceptive moron.I wont give too much away but i hope Colleen & Karen make lots of money from this book exposing that twisted liar continously through his sad deluded life.Really interesting and captivating read. That deserves a five 🌟 a bit like Stacey Jameson why dont you just leave him . Keeps you hooked.

good story to warn others
the story was good but the writing of it got very complicated and stretched out too much with details i lost track of. got lost with different names, did karen get any money back ? who was paying the twins wages when they worked from home that important information missed out.

Gripped from the first page
I haven't read a book as quickly as I read Playing with Fire for ages. It's such a compelling story and told in a way that keeps you gripped. Sadly, it's a true story about a scam artist and the devastating impact he had on Coleen and her family. I'd love to understand what drove Greg Wilson to do what he did, but I guess we never willWhat shines through is what a wonderfully supportive family Coleen has (thank God!).A great book and highly recommended. And truth really is stranger than fiction!

very good.
Harrowing story, but told very simply and clearly and the book, although a traumatic story, was very easy to read.
